Planning – a record of all planning applications made against that property

Highways – states whether the road adjacent to the property is maintained by the council and looks at whether there are any planned road or rail schemes in a 200 metre vicinity. Traffic schemes for adjacent roads are also listed.

Environmental – checks if there are any outstanding environmental issues (e.g. contaminated land)
The report will also cover any proposed developments on your land and whether the land lies within certain designated zones (e.g. conservation areas, tidal areas, green belt etc.)
